The Actuaries Institute
The Actuaries Institute after 20 years in Martin Place decided it was time to reinvent their office. It was the aim that the tenancy advisor would select a number of options that were then ‘proved up’ for assessment by an overall feasibility into a short list.
Project Support Group was appointed to work alongside the tenant advisor to assess the listed buildings and see which would best suit The Actuaries Institute. The preferred location was Level 2, 50 Carrington Street, Sydney. The office space totalled 550sqm and planning allowed for general spaces and work points for 30 staff.
Project Support Group the provided full design and documentation for the fitout, which wad presented to The Actuaries alongside detailed colour boards and furniture. The project was fully project managed and was completed in April 2014, successfully meeting The Actuaries Institutes budget and critical timeline.
Fisher Adams Kelly
Fisher Adams Kelly after 10 years in their existing tenancy in Eagle Street, Brisbane were faced with the question of renewing their lease or relocating their office.
Attracted by the option to create a new work environment and refresh their image, the decision to move was made easy by attractive lease incentives.
The brief for the new office was to maximise the magnificent views and create an impressive client and breakout area as a show piece. While the general office work area be functionally built to provide all the necessary facilities to satisfy the staff needs with the inclusion of perimeter offices.
